1.Under the conditions of universal development direction and LOHAS and Green Industries deployed at Taitung, the issues about the decision theory for information management based on human and environmental economics will be made disussion and the integration applications and industrial cooperations will be implemented.

2.Four different educational systems developed in this deparment, and this deparment had been an important unit addressing integrating ICT into management applications.

3.Several regional projects had been executed, e.g. the forum about the information management based on human and environmental economics, the training about talent in disaster-prevention centers, interactive guide system in Museum of Prehistory, E-service volunteer plan and digital opportunity center (DOC).
